We appreciate your feedback. You brought your vehicle to us for an SGI Inspection, we regret that your vehicle did not pass the standards that SGI has in place. Our job is to inspect vehicles in accordance to those standards to keep the driver and our roads safe. With respect to what you were charged, you signed for the amount on your work order prior to the inspection being performed. We can provide with that document if you require. We did not do any other work on your vehicle other than what you authorized, which was the inspection.
