We appreciate your feedback. You brought your vehicle to us for an SGI Inspection, we regret that your vehicle did not pass the standards that SGI has in place. Our job is to inspect vehicles in accordance to those standards to keep the driver and our roads safe. With respect to what you were charged, you signed for the amount on your work order prior to the inspection being performed. We can provide with that document if you require. We did not do any other work on your vehicle other than what you authorized, which was the inspection.

Last Monday, August 8, on our way to Jasper we had a flat tire and was looking for places that were still open to get a new one installed. We called Ok Tire on Park Street and said that if we could get there soon they would be able to help us. We got in there 15 minutes before close and I do understand that there isn’t much they can do for us at that point but the staff was really helpful and stayed late to get it fixed. They were so kind to do that for us and we really appreciate it since we still have a long drive ahead of us. To the staff that worked that day thank you so much, I cannot express in words how grateful we are for your help.

The service at OK Tire was great. The report they send for the diagnosis has great pictures of the concerned area, so you can make a good decision on what to fix. The repairs were done well, and fairly quickly. I have always felt treated well by the staff.
