Ok Tire on Park Street has served me very well

I have been to OK Tire Park Street for work on my vehicle twice. I purchased a set of winter tires from this location in October, 2020. I was able to check what they had in stock through their website, get a quote for purchase, installation, and a wheel alignment, and I was able to book all in one easy step. The service provided was excellent and the pricing was fair and competitive. The work was done quickly. The staff were professional, friendly, and explained everything to me clearly. I returned recently to have my tires switched back to my all seasons, get an oil change, and have some work done on my AC. Again, everything went great. Competitive and fair pricing; friendly professional staff; everything was explained to me clearly; and the estimate was very accurate so there weren't any surprises when I settled up my bill. I will definitely return to this location for services on my vehicle. And I definitely recommend it.

The team at OK Tire Park Street always provides the best service whenever I take my car in. They were able to get me in the next morning and were very detailed with assessing the problem. I felt like I was kept in the loop the whole time and there were no surprises when I got the bill. Great customer service!

Fantastic experience overall! They were able to take my car in on a short notice, just before a holiday, and get it repaired within a day before it was needed again! The fix seemed pricey, but was in fact on a lower end of pricing scale for the parts and the work that needed to be done. Thank you Don, Vicki and Lance!
