My car is with you guys from 31st October. Firstly, you started working on my car after some days around November 5. Then you did work on it or I do not know what you guys did with it. On November 8, you said one part was not working and we ordered it. You promised to return our car in 2-10 days. It is a THIRTEENth day, and you still do not know anything about the delivery of the parcel. Whenever I asked your response was, we do not have tracking details. I am surprised to hear that you do not know about tracking details. It is harassment and extremely stressful. My husband and I re-booked the driving exam because of your delayed services. I am letting you know, that if it is not fixed by tomorrow evening that is November 20th. I will tow my car as such without paying a single penny. I cannot afford more time to waste. Our biggest festival was spoiled and my blood examinations are also delayed because of your poor services. I am done talking to you guys. I hope it will be done soon or else on November 21st I will go to consumer court. One thing, please do not harass anyone else. It is extremely frustrating and stressful. My car is with you it is under my husband’s name
