Vicki, Gord and the rest of the crew at OK Tire Park Street are fantastic. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very focused on providing a great experience for the customer. I had an odd shifting issue with my Challenger that my dealership couldn't sort out ... but Gord and Cody knew exactly what to do to fix it. I had my Challenger back the same day and its running perfectly once again. They made it clear that they valued and appreciated my business, and they delivered high-performance quality of service both at the front desk and in the garage. I have finally found a shop with folks I can trust. Without question, they are absolute pros from the moment you first walk thru the door.
