Was very pleased with the service Ok Tire-Park Street. This location was very accommodating and torough with the diagnosic check and showing what was okay, recommended and required to be fixed. They provided pictures to show what's wrong (required to fixed) with the car - this was outsandingly beneficial to me and reassuring, what needed to be fixed was actually required. I was very satisfied with my visit and with the work completed on my car.

I made a mistake on witch tire shop I was supposed to go too and I ended up at ok tire looking for our company account just to get the air levels topped up they were all awsome they did the top up no charge no guilt just a nice people to deal with

Questionable customer service and trust issue! I went there to find out their price for wheel alignment service. The customer service lady says $109 + tax. But behind her the LCD display showing $102??? When I point that out the lady says its wrong and they will change it.

Park Street Ok Tire Service was as I have come to expect "Outstanding". You have a problem, they diagnose that problem, offer the remedy and costing. From the get go you know what is happening. They even make follow up calls if small additional items need replacing, always with the offer "come check it out first", so you don't have any surprises at pick up time. Been a customer of Gord and company for years and will continue to be with all my off warranty vehicles. As this business is qualified to do warranty work on new vehicle's, that is where I'll be taking my 2017 also. Go check this business out I'm sure you will be back, not just for the workmanship but also the customer service experience too.

My first experience with OK Tire was arriving with a very low front tire which they promptly refilled and let me know there was a screw in the tire that should be repaired. I was already planning to change all the tires but because of the service provided, I contacted OK a week later to purchase a new set of tires. I received the same great service at this appointment as I was shuttled to and from work and they were very accomodating and professional. The quality of work was very good and I will certainly return when it is time for winter tires!

Prompt service, with informative answers to my questions. The vehicle was returned in good shape, a nice touch would be to have the outside cleaned.
