She is thorough, ensures your questions are answered and builds confidence. Most importantly she ensures the customer is looked after. That is important as it builds loyalty and referrals.

Dropped into OK Tire Regina un-announced and without an appointment. The guys got me quickly processed and offered to have a look at my vehicle the same day. The worked through my vehicles issues keeping me informed with pictures and "person to person" discussions and recommendations. The staff was great to work with and they actually did a real test drive themselves! rather than leaving it to me to give it the final once over. Being without a vehicle is never good, OK Tire Regina understands this and worked quickly to get me back on the road. I am a pretty demanding/critical guy, but no doubt...2 thumbs up for this crew!

Great experience - again. It's why I keep coming back. A quick phone call in the morning to make the arrangements to have my car picked up and the tow truck arrived within 30 mins. Received a call the next day detailing the issues, the costs and then timeline. When I went to pick it up they addressed us by name and my son as well. Not just part of the team they've become part of the family. Well done!
